Items reduced by 50% or more are considered final sale.

We kindly ask that all footwear being returned or exchanged is unworn and presented in its original packaging, so we can ensure the best experience for all our clients.

ONLINE returns within Canada are complimentary, within 30 days from the date your received your order, same guidelines stated above apply.  Please contact us at imfo@bambinofineshoes.com to request a prepaid shipping label. 

Should you wish to bring back your online purchase to our physical store, you may do so and a refund will be processed remotely through our online store and you will receive notification of such the same day.

Shipping

Canada: We are pleased to offer Free shipping to all on line purchases over $100.  Any order under $100~ standard shipping rates apply.  Time frame is 3 to 9 days.  

U.S.: Complimentary on all orders over $100 CA.  For any order under $100 CA, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

All other markets:  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
